BAPTISMS
Jayce and Cassia decided to get baptised, and since Harris Brake Lake
was right across the road, we all walked there as a group..
after they got baptised, Gabriel also decided to get in the water.
ALL THE GREEN!!
the walk back to the church...
affirmation circle: honoring Selah.
Pastor Danny gave Bibles to those that got baptised.
WORSHIP NIGHT
Abigail put me in charge of picking the set list.
I turned and asked Jasper for suggestions lol. He threw out Reckless Love, which I wouldn't normally think to do, but since he mentioned it, I put it in the set.. it was a God thing though, because after we did that song, Pastor Danny came up and gave a sermon on it.. it was so so good. Someone must've needed to hear it..
the pastors had all of us wild ones come up and receive a prayer cloth that had been anointed and prayed over..
then they said the best way to send us off would be to pray over us, and every single soul inside that sanctuary got out of their seat to come lay hands on us. it was incredible.
GOODBYES
sunday evening was spent hanging out with our new friends, growing relationships, and saying our final farewells to our Journey Church family.
waking DJ up for a group picture lol!
MONDAY
packing up and heading home..
all packed:)
most of the girls slept in the sanctuary sunday night since they packed up all their bedding.
street preacher Nathan y'all, get ready! haha!
This was such a powerful week in Perryville, making new connections, embracing new family, loving on this community, praying for cherished souls, practicing popcorn preaching, worshipping our King, celebrating being born again, and having FUN!
God is so so good, and I am looking forward to visiting my Arkansas family very soon!!
